Job Fairs and other recruiting events are great opportunities to showcase your skills and talents. Each year over 300 employers visit the campus to recruit upcoming graduates and students for internships, entry-level career and other positions. Networking at these job fairs is a great way to land interviews and job offers. These events are your chance to interact face-to-face with employers who want to hire SJSU students and alumni. Receive pertinent information about job fairs and other employer recruiting events by completing the Career Center's On-line Career Interest Profile.

Workshops are 75 minutes in length and have an interactive one-minute commercial component. Bring your CURRENT resume.

Use the advanced search to research employers who have requested your major. This way you will know which employers to visit at the career fairs or other recruiting events and how to target your resume. Click on the employer name to access a complete profile.
When it becomes available, download and print a PDF version of the upcoming Job Fair/Event Employer Handout—bring it with you to the event. Be sure you have signed in with the Career Center to receive email notification when these handouts are ready.
